Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Because we create digital resources that are delivered instantly, all sales are considered final. Once a resource is added to your Keymaster account, we cannot offer refunds for non-tangible goods. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. We will only issue a refund under the following specific conditions:

• A resource is completely non-functional as advertised, and our support team is unable to provide a fix.
• You accidentally purchased the exact same resource twice.
• The product description was significantly misleading about its core features.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To protect our team's hard work, we unfortunately cannot grant refunds for things like:

• Changing your mind after completing the purchase.
• Not having the basic technical knowledge required to install the script.
• Conflicts with heavily customized or other third-party scripts on your server.
• Your community shutting down or you no longer needing the resource.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first! Initiating a chargeback or a payment dispute without reaching out to our support forces us to take the following actions:

• Revoke your access to the purchased resources.
• Remove your access to our Discord and store.
• Report the situation to Tebex for fraud prevention.

We strive to provide helpful support so your experience with our resources is at the highest possible level. However, support response times may vary, and we kindly ask for your patience as complex issues may require time to investigate and resolve properly.
