Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to QF Developers! We are passionate about creating resources that help the FiveM community build better servers. By using our store and downloading our work (scripts, maps, and other assets), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are not comfortable with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

• All of our resources are digital downloads and non-tangible goods.
• When you get a resource from us, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use it on your own server or within your community.
• To protect our work, you may not resell, redistribute, leak, or claim our creations as your own.
• Some of our resources use the FiveM Asset Escrow system to protect our work. We cannot support modifications aimed at bypassing these protections.

3. Support & Updates

We strive to provide helpful support to everyone in our community to ensure you have a great experience using our resources. Support is provided exclusively through our official Discord server. While we do our best to fix bugs and provide updates, we cannot guarantee compatibility with heavily modified frameworks or third-party scripts. Support response times may vary, and we kindly ask for your patience, as investigating complex issues requires time.

4. User Conduct

We want to keep our community a friendly and welcoming place. By joining us, you agree to treat our team and fellow community members with respect. Harassment, toxic behavior, or unwarranted chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from our services and the revocation of your licenses.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
